Week 2
We have been doing cricket this week and learning how to bowl the ball correctly and hit it. In English, we have begun writing a letter from a passenger on the Titanic to a friend back at home. We are describing what the ship looks like (the different rooms and staircases), how we feel and how amazing it is. We've had our thinking caps on this week in maths while we've been learning how to multiply and divide numbers by 10, 100 and 1000. Wonder is out class text in Reading Practice and we have been learning how to answer questions which need extended answers. In R.E, we are learning about the 5 pillars of Islam - one a week. This week, we learned about fasting, including about Ramadan and Eid.
