CLUB CANCELLATIONS
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF A CLUB HAS TO BE CANCELLED DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, THE OFFICE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO NOTIFY PARENTS BY TEXT PRIOR TO 2PM OF AN AFTERNOON. PLEASE DO CHECK THE WEBSITE IF YOU ARE IN ANY DOUBT, AS THE CANCELLATION WILL ALSO BE DISPLAYED IN THE POP-UP BOX ON THE HOME PAGE.

Please note that those clubs in the table above which are noted in RED are paid clubs (payment is required by the end of Friday, 9th January in order to secure your child's place)
Please be aware that numbers are limited for most clubs, these places will be allocated as fairly as possible. If a club is over-subscribed we will add your child to a waiting list.
Class Teachers will escort children to the correct locations, i.e. Thrive Wrap-around Care to help ensure safety. If your child requires this, please ensure that you make a note of this when completing your club application form. Please do inform Thrive, that your child will be attending an additional after school club.
We would like to politely remind everyone to ensure your children are collected promptly at the end of your child's chosen club and to check on the website each day to ensure that the clubs are running that day (website updated by 2pm each day). If your child is going to be picked up by another person, then do please ensure that you let them know if a club has been cancelled and inform them of revised time for pick up.
IF YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ATTENDING A CLUB FOR ANY REASON, PLEASE CONTACT THE SCHOOL OFFICE IN THE MORNING AND ADVISE THEM, IN ORDER THAT THE REGISTER MAY BE MARKED ACCORDINGLY. To be fair to all pupils that wish to attend a club, repeated non-attendance at clubs (other than for sickness) may result in the space being allocated to a child on the waiting list. ALL after school clubs will be dismissed from the main playground double gates via the Village Hall car park with the exception of Gardening Club who will be dismissed from the gate beside the garden in Bridge Street.
