YRS 5/6 CRICKET FINAL - ASHFORD SCHOOL - 9TH JULY 2024
Dear Parent/Carer
Your child has qualified and has been chosen to participate in the year 5/6 Mixed Dynamo's Cricket Kent County Finals event this year. Please find below details of the event concerned:-

| Date | 9th July 2024 |
| Timings | Arrive/registration 9:15/9:30am - Games commence 9:45am. Please collect your child at 3:30pm from the venue. |
| Parking | Free parking at Ashford Prep School car park |
| Equipment | Your child will need their Lady J PE kit, trainers, snack, packed lunch, water bottle, rain jacket/coat and sun hat/cream. |

YEARS 3/4 FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT - CHARING PRIMARY SCHOOL - 10TH JULY 2024
Dear Parent/Carer
Your child has been selected to play in our Yr 3/4 Football Tournament.
Date - Wednesday 10th July 2024
Venue - Charing Primary School, Ashford TN27 0JN
Timings - 1.15 pm - 3.15 pm
Please can your child wear PE kit to school and bring in..
- football socks
- shin pads
- football boots
- A shirt will be given on arrival.
- An extra drink
Parents are allowed to watch and may enter the field via the side gate . Access to the school is not permitted by parents - just the school field.
