Mixed Year Group Information - Yrs R and 1

Dear Parents and Carers,

 

I hope this finds you all safe and well.
 
As the start of term rapidly approaches you may recall I mentioned setting a passcode to assist with the safeguarding of the children at collection time.
 
With that in mind please could you  please send an email to p.oliver@ladyj.kent.sch.uk (not the teachers2parents address on this email)
detailing:-
 
the adult(s) permitted to collect your child/children
 
the days if this varies
 
set a memorable word as a passcode
 
I hope I will recognise many of you!! As the term progresses and we get to know your childcare arrangements and indeed all the adults involved, we will not need to use this system unless circumstances change or new adults collect.
