Administering Medication

ADMINISTERING MEDICATION IN SCHOOL

For all medication administered in school, short or long term (antibiotics, inhalers, epipens) you will need to fill out a form (administering medication form; see above) and give us as much information as possible.  It is helpful if you can time medication doses so that only one dose is required during the school day and the rest are administered by parents outside of school time.  

 

If your child has a long term medical condition or severe allergy, we may need to discuss treatment and agree a care plan .  Please speak to the school office if you feel that this is required.
